To ensure the availability of the selected comics, you need to make a pre-payment for your order through Paynow. After completing the payment, click on the blue chat icon located at the bottom right corner of the website to schedule a comic pick-up date and time at our warehouse. The pick-up hours are from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Our warehouse is located at 2 Jurong East Street 21, IMM Building, Singapore 609601.

For every $1 spent on purchases at Comics Cove, you will receive 1 corresponding point. Alternatively, you can sell unused comics to us to earn more points.

To use your Points for a discount on your online order, follow these steps: 1. Click the red gift box button 'Claim Rewards' at the bottom left corner of the website. 2. Each 12 Points is worth $1. Choose the value you want to redeem based on your Points. 3. Create the voucher and copy the voucher code. 4. During the online checkout process, paste the voucher code. You will pay the remaining amount after deducting the voucher value. Please note that if the order value is lower than the voucher value, the remaining value won't be refunded. It's recommended to determine the payment amount first and then convert Points to a voucher value equal to or lower than the order total.
