Adventures Of Superman #509 1993

Adventures of Superman #509, published in February 1994, finds Superman lost in space, where he aids Auron, a Guardian clone, against the formidable villain Massacre. This issue is notable for the first appearance of Massacre, a powerful new foe. Tragically, Auron is killed by Massacre during their battle, who then escapes to Earth, setting up future confrontations.
