Amazing Spiderman #49 variant

Amazing Spider-Man #49, published by Marvel in June 1967, features the story 'From the Depths of Defeat!'. Still recovering from a prior battle with the new Vulture, Spider-Man is forced to intervene when Kraven the Hunter, angered by the Vulture's recent actions, seeks to confront him. Despite his weakened state, Spider-Man manages to outwit and defeat both villains. This issue is notable for the sixth appearance of Kraven the Hunter and the second appearance of the Blackie Drago Vulture.
