Avengers Spotlight #21 1989

Avengers Spotlight #21, published by Marvel in 1989, features two distinct tales. In the main story, Hawkeye and the Orb form an uneasy alliance in the Mojave Desert, battling Plantman's forces, culminating in the apparent death of the Orb. This issue is notable as the final appearance of the Orb (Drake Shannon). A secondary story follows Starfox on a solo mission to rescue a friend from slavery on the planet Rescorla. This comic marks the series' transition from Solo Avengers to Avengers Spotlight.
