Avengers West Coast #77 1991

Avengers West Coast #77, published in December 1991, continues the "Infamous Monsters of Hollywood" storyline. Iron Man and Living Lightning track the escaped villain Digger to the Night Shift's hideout, where Hawkeye, Spider-Woman, and U.S. Agent are found captive, prepared for a demonic sacrifice. The powerful demon Satannish is revealed as the mastermind, having enhanced the Night Shift's abilities. A fierce battle ensues, freeing the captured Avengers. Meanwhile, Wonder Man is also captured by the Night Shift, and the Hangman's origin as Jason Roland, who sold his soul to Satannish, is revealed.
