Batman Legends Of The Dark Knight #157, 'Blink, Part Two,' continues Batman's investigation into a sniper filming snuff videos. This issue introduces the blind Lee Hyland, who possesses the unique ability to see through the eyes of others, even briefly experiencing Batman's perspective. Hyland becomes a crucial, albeit unwilling, witness as the sniper, Joe, is shockingly murdered by his accomplice, Davies, while Hyland is psychically linked. This issue also marks the first appearance of Mister Carmichel.
