Deadpool Max X-Mas Special #1, published by Marvel in 2011, features Deadpool and Bob on a twisted holiday adventure. The duo fakes their deaths, infiltrates CIA headquarters, and instigates a riot in an insane asylum, all while pursuing internet-porn-peddling jihadists. This issue continues the dark humor of the DeadpoolMAX series, with Deadpool attempting to show Bob the world without him, in a parody of 'It's a Wonderful Life'. It is notable for the first appearance of Emrys Killabrew.
