Evil Ernie Straight To Hell #4, Lady Death 1996

Evil Ernie: Straight to Hell #4, published by Chaos! Comics in 1996, finds Ernie unable to reach Lady Death in his dreams due to Purgatori's spell. Driven by loneliness, he journeys to Hell, only to discover the Endless Graveyard destroyed and Lady Death missing. Ernie confronts Cremator, whom Pagan blames for Lady Death's disappearance. Concurrently, the vampire Chastity is dispatched to kill Ernie, while Dr. Price, dismissed by the president, retaliates violently. This issue is notable for the first appearance of Carcass, a corpse reanimated by the Pandora Effect.
