Howard The Duck #1 Skottie Young

Howard the Duck #1, published by Marvel in 1976, launches the titular character into his own ongoing series. The story finds Howard contemplating his existence before encountering a bizarre tower made of credit cards. This issue is notable for collectors as it marks the first appearance of Beverly Switzler, a long-standing supporting character, and introduces and sees the demise of the villain Pro-Rata. Spider-Man also makes a guest appearance in this inaugural adventure.
