Spawn #301 (2019)

Spawn #301 features Al Simmons unleashing a massive ambush, revealing new raw necro-energy powers and declaring himself the "King of the Dead." A powerful explosion resets his power and awakens multiple new Hellspawns, including the first full appearance of Ninja Spawn. This landmark issue is notable to collectors as it officially became the longest-running creator-owned comic book in history. Todd McFarlane also returned to pencil and ink interior pages, marking a significant new direction for the series.
