Strange Tales vol 2 #1

Strange Tales Vol. 2 #1, published in April 1987, relaunches the classic Marvel title as a split book. It features two ongoing narratives: Doctor Strange reflects on past sacrifices while Topaz heals Wong, but warns of a growing sickness within Strange. Concurrently, Cloak and Dagger investigate mysterious glowing discs absorbing the life essence of dying pilgrims in India, leading them to pursue the entities to a city. This issue is notable for continuing both Doctor Strange's and Cloak and Dagger's adventures, and features the first full appearance of the Lord of Light.
