Superman #123 1997

Superman #123, published by DC in August 1958, features "The Three Magic Wishes." Jimmy Olsen uses a magic totem to create Super-Girl, a prototype female Kryptonian companion for Superman. Super-Girl accidentally reveals Superman's identity before sacrificing herself. Later, Superman temporarily loses his powers due to another wish.
