Superman #2 1986

This variant of Superman #2 (2023) plunges Metropolis into chaos as the Parasite unleashes new, multiplying powers, overwhelming the Man of Steel. Superman battles to save the city from being consumed, while Lex Luthor, from prison, offers his dubious assistance. The issue marks the first appearance of Marilyn Moonlight, a mysterious new antihero known as the Spirit of Metropolis, whose allegiances and connection to the city's past remain unknown. Superman also seeks help from his son, Jon, and cousin, Kara, as Lois Lane is unaccounted for.
