War Machine #20 1995

War Machine #20, published by Marvel in November 1995, features James Rhodes battling a super-strong bodybuilder named Wolfgang, who gained his abilities from experimental steroids. This issue, titled "A Little Muscle," sees War Machine investigating the source of these enhancements, leading him to suspect Iron Man's involvement and a mission to free Hawkeye.
